Data location
Customer data lives in EU-region databases. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Encryption
All traffic is TLS 1.3. Sensitive data (MFA secrets, recovery codes) is encrypted at the field level.
Account safety
Optional TOTP-based two-factor authentication. Recovery codes. Account-lockout after repeated failed logins.
Audit trail
Every privileged action (impersonation, role change, data export) is logged. Support staff cannot modify customer data, and read-only sessions are audited per-read.
Your data, your choice
Export your club's data at any time. When an account is deleted, its personal details are removed and anything the person authored is anonymised rather than erased from other people's work.
